You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or INR 100, whichever is lower.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the city and state mentioned below.
